3. Who should register my organisation as a supplier? The system allows anyone with the relevant organisation details to register the organisation as a supplier. You should note that the person who registers the organisation will automatically be allocated Administrator status and will therefore receive all emails and notifications associated with the organisation. For this reason we suggest that administrator rights are allocated to a bid co-ordinator in a central department. It is not possible to register different departments as separate organisations unless you have a different DUNS number. 27/03/2015
2. How do I register as a supplier on eTendersNI Simply click on the link on the left hand side "Register as a supplier" and enter all the required information. You will need a DUNS number to register (Dunn and Bradstreet). 27/03/2015
1. How do I view what tenders are currently available? Select "Latest CfTs" on the top right of the screen (in the blue bar) or under the information tab on the left hand side of the screen. Yo do not have to logged into do this. However, to view the full information to to respond to a tender you must register with eTendersNI. 27/03/2015
What are the Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPE)? CPD has two CoPEs, one for Construction Works and Services, and the second for Supplies and Services. Clients include all the NI Civil Service departments, their agencies and non-departmental public bodies. The Procurement and Logistics Services (PaLS) CoPE procures supplies and services for the health sector, and the Health Estates CoPE procures construction works and services. The Education and Library Boards CoPE procures construction works, supplies and services for schools and other organisations in the education sector. The NI Housing Executive CoPE procures construction works, supplies and services required within the social housing sector. The NI Water CoPE procures construction works, supplies and services required to maintain water and sewerage services across NI. The Transport NI CoPE procures construction works, supplies and services required to maintain the road network across NI. The Translink CoPE procures construction works, supplies and services required to deliver bus and rail services in NI. 24/02/2015
